Pingu lives on the icecap with his parents and sister Pinga and loves to play all day! He goes skiing and sledging and plays fish tennis with his friend, Robbie The Seal. • There are 2 versions of Pingu 1: Barrel of Fun and both versions contain a different BBC Video Ident at the start and end of the video!
• 1: Version 1 is The Original 1991 Release which contains The 1988-1991 BBC Video Globe Ident and this video would contain it on The Original 1991 Release and all subsequent re-releases except for The 1992 Reprints.
• 2: Version 2 is The 1992 Re-Release which contains The 1991-1997 BBC Video Ident however, this ident was only used on The 1992 Reprints.
• This video should actually be entitled Pingu Delivers The Mail because Pingu Delivers The Mail's the first episode to be shown while Barrel of Fun's the sixth episode to be shown.
